Anyone I’ve known to dress like this or cosplay Versailles in any capacity of “authenticity” usually makes their own clothing.

That being said, to be honest the clothing isn’t really specific to Visual Kei, it’s more to do with the coordination of the outfit. Your best bet is probably to do some research into Renaissance/steam punk outfitters, of which there are many, and try and piece together outfits, or commission an outfit. I don’t think Versailles has a boutique that can be ordered from.
